The Courageous Girl With The Special Gift

Good morning, everyone! Pending an edit in a few weeks, “The Courageous Girl With The Special Gift” is finished.

I had always prided myself with writing stories that are plausible…which means that under logical circumstances, the events in my stories COULD happen. I kinda stepped away from that this time…and it felt strange. But, an exploritory kind of strange.

It turned out to be MUCH longer than I intended, but that’s ok. I’ll go back through later, and pull out the turning points for the children’s book version.

This would make great animation…if anyone is interested…

For now, gotta return my attention to a lonely widower man and a punk teenager.

When I get “The Courageous Girl…” published (more than likely the original length, first), Ill post a proclomation, declaration or some witty anouncement in advance.
Thanks for reading…

Ya’ll watch out…

Hey, everyone…If you receive a friend request from someone you are 99% sure is already your friend on Facebook, just check your friends’ list before accepting. If you still have doubts, message them and ask questions that only the true person would know the answers to. There are also alot of temporary profiles out there, just hanging around long enough to gather some contacts from your friend list (and they don’t have to see your friends list, they can gather from the posts, likes and comments on your timeline as well). I check out every friend request…if I see a profile with just two pics (usually a pic of some kind, and an enlarged copy of the first), no friend, about, etc info…I block them. I’ll also do a Google search, as well. When in doubt, message them and start asking questions, which usually throws them off, and they disappear. I love fish…but not catfish.

Its an egg…It’s lazy…It’s Gudetama!!

If you like eggs or animation about eggs…this is for you! Gudetama has been around for several months now, but my son just got into watching it. Gudetama essentially means “lazy egg”.  Brings back memories of the Kogi-pan and Rela-Kuma animation of a few years ago. Another member of the large Sanrio character family!

Why Buying Email Lists Is Always a Bad Idea (And How to Build Yours for Free)

Getting your “name out there” when you are just starting out, or reaching out to a bigger demographic is important. I’ve never bought an Email list..and honestly question just how effective they really are, because you can’t be absolutely sure who you are contacting, or if the Email address is even in service anymore. This article is a must read for anyone considering Email marketing.
