Being a former tobacco user back in the day, quitting was one of the best things I could have done for myself. It all started with chewing tobacco at age 11, bringing on smokeless tobacco and cigarettes later.
Even losing my mother (a two pack-a-day smoker) to lung cancer (and all associated diseases that tobacco use can cause) didn’t sway me none.
Moving to Japan when I was almost 31 was my chance to quit, and I took it.
Hey, everyone…If you receive a friend request from someone you are 99% sure is already your friend on Facebook, just check your friends’ list before accepting. If you still have doubts, message them and ask questions that only the true person would know the answers to. There are also alot of temporary profiles out there, just hanging around long enough to gather some contacts from your friend list (and they don’t have to see your friends list, they can gather from the posts, likes and comments on your timeline as well). I check out every friend request…if I see a profile with just two pics (usually a pic of some kind, and an enlarged copy of the first), no friend, about, etc info…I block them. I’ll also do a Google search, as well. When in doubt, message them and start asking questions, which usually throws them off, and they disappear. I love fish…but not catfish.
